Kia ora koutou, my name is Naomi Smith and I live in Nelson with my partner Karl and our three tamariki Olivia, Peyton and Ben. I was born in England and moved to New Zealand in 2005 with my whānau.

I completed my Batchelor of Teaching ECE with Te Rito Maioha in 2015. I believe that all tamariki should learn and grow at their own pace, have a lot of uninterrupted time and space to explore to further develop their skills. I believe in strong, reciprocal and responsive relationships between kaiako, tamariki and their whānau.
